Hi Steve, just a note to say how enjoyable it is to work with the Brandon office of McKinney Olson. The customer service is outstanding. We’ve been so impressed with the way in which our roof claim was handled this year. An adjuster was at our home within a few days of contacting your office, and shortly thereafter we received a check from the insurance company. True to their word, within 2 weeks of turning in the receipts for our new roof, we received the final payment in full from Auto Owners Insurance. We were very well satisfied with the settlement.
